Molewa Apartments

For a new developed neighbourhood in the Chinese new town Ruichang, we designed an apartment building with 70 units. The apartments look out over the nearby 'flower ocean' theme park,  which is also the theme for the new neighbourhood. The private courtyard is connected to colourful roof gardens by a continuous walking path.
